During my dad's life there were a number of times when we thought he wouldn't pull through, but thanks to the dedication of Dr Angus, Dr Chakrabarti and all the staff at the VIC, Ward 19 we had him with us for a lot longer than we ever anticipated. He always felt very safe there. For that we will be forever grateful, and as a thank-you, we wanted to raise funds for future training and the purchase of life-saving equipment, which has been so beneficial to dad and hopefully give other families those precious extra memories.
