I'm taking on the Banchory Beast Race on Saturday for the Forget-Me-Not club, a fantastic wee charity helping people with dementia and their carers in Deeside.

This is a particularly special charity to me. My Dad, a former trustee of the Forget-Me-Nots has recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's. I was honoured to become a trustee at the charity earlier this year.

Although we are a small charity, the dedicated team of staff and volunteers provide an essential service to our community. Your donation will help them continue to make life easier for those with dementia, their carers and their families.
