We are raising money for the Cancer Vaccine Institute in order to thank them for the additional time that my father had as a result of their care and hard work for him.  The Cancer Vaccine Institute funds research into the use of vaccines for the treatment of cancer. Its vision is that cancer vaccines will become a standard treatment and improve survival rates and patients’ quality of life for a wide range of cancers.
