Story

Thanks for visiting my justgiving page for the London Marathon 2016!

I am running for the Queen Elizabeth Foundation for Disabled people to raise awareness of the work they do. This is a truly important charity that provides support to individuals and families, for people affected with physical and learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries - QEF helps them to gain new skills, increasing their independence and improving their rehabilitation to Day one.

QEF can help those suffering from acute illness through rehabilitation, improving their abilities for work and generally getting their life skills back. Their work is delivered through three specialist departments, mobility services, neuro-rehabilitation and independent living services - offering the right combination of individual care and support to enable these people to become as independent as their disability permits and to establish their own lifestyles again.

I cannot wait to race for QEF on the day and your support is greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks

John Roberts
