Story
UPDATE After 5 days and 226 miles of cycling we arrived at the Eiffel Tower at 7.30 pm on Sunday 3rd June and were riding down the Champs-Elysees by 8.30 pm!!! Each day we cycled over 40 miles with the final day into Paris clocking just over 50 miles!!! There were definitely more hills (big hills!!!) than I expected and some of the tracks were more appropriate for mountain bikers!!! It was a big challenge and hard going in places but I really enjoyed it and I am very happy that I was able to raise some funds for a good cause.
A big thank you to my support team, fellow riders and especially the campervan man!!! ;)
Hi, thanks for visiting my page. I'm cycling from South London to Paris and would like to use this challenging opportunity to raise some funds for a good cause.
I'm setting off on Wednesday 30th May and arriving in Paris on Sunday 3rd June 2012.
I've chosen NANSA (Norfolk and Norwich Scope Association) because I wanted to support a local charity and this charity does a fantastic work. It helps children, teenagers and adults who face very challenging circumstances in their everyday lives. NANSA is a local, independent charity which offers a broad programme of services, information and support for Norfolk people of all ages with cerebral palsy and other physical/learning disabilities.
Please donate whatever you can, however small, it all helps!!
Thank you so much :)
