As you know my family has sadly lost two members to suicide. My mum Pat and my niece Sian I am walking 5k Saturday 7th May at 4 am starting in Crickewood, London. . Darkness into Light is a charity that supports people who self harm and have suicidal thoughts so everybody walking has been affected in some way.
