*On 2nd October Joshua's Uncle, Dan Francia and Joshua's Auntie, Gemma Knight are both running half marathons in Cardiff and Bournemouth to raise money for SPRING. Thank you so much to you both and to everyone who sponsors them*

On the 12th May 2016 our gorgeous son Joshua John Knight was born and lived just a short while. He gave us such a surprise being a boy! We will always love him and hold him forever in our hearts. 

Thanks to the SPRING Charity we were able to deliver Joshua in a private suite away from the main labour ward, with our own ensuite, kitchen area, and space for our parents to be close by. Although it has been a heartbreaking time for us, this space provided made everything a bit more bearable.

We received the best care ever from the midwives at St Mary's maternity unit, Poole and could never thank them enough. We were able to stay with Joshua for a few days thanks to a cuddle cot also provided by SPRING. The memories that we made together in that time were so precious and will stay with us forever.  For continued support the charity also provides counselling, support groups, annual events and support during any future pregnancies. 

We want to raise money for this amazing charity that helped us so much, so that other parents can receive the same care.
