Story
Josiah was privileged to have the best medical care and facilities in the world, giving him the greatest chance at life. Tess, his mummy was likewise supported through this most challenging period as the worlds of Motherhood and Intensive Care collided. She is forever indebted to all those who prayed, cooked, sent cards, clothes and for the financial support that flooded in. Aware that many other mums in the world would not have this kind of help, it's time to share the love!
Josiah had a prognosis that medicine could not fix - he would need a new heart and new lungs, a transplant unheard of for small babies. But in Haiti the infant and maternal mortality rate is the highest in the Western Hemisphere, where the simplest forms of equipment and care will save lives. Josiah will not be forgotten though he has died, let's not forget others in their fight for life. Every donation says to a little bub 'you matter, you're precious, we love you.'
Thank you!
