This is my first 10k so slightly nervous but I'm taking part to challenge myself and it gives me a chance to fundraise for a fantastic cause. 

Beta Charitable trust are Retail Marketing Group's Global Charity of the year and they will be matching all donations. The charity is based on three founding principles: advancing education, preserving health and relieving poverty, distress and sickness. They operate in the UK, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Pakistan, India, Afghanistan and Iraq.
