Kev and I are tackling Tough Mudder North West on the 10th September, which is a 10 mile course with 20+ army-style obstacles so not for the faint hearted!

We're doing this in aid of Manchester and Salford RSPCA branch. This is a charity close to my heart; we got our two cats from them 4 years ago and they rehabilitate and re-home hundreds of local animals from RSPCA inspectors every year. They are a fantastic charity and deserve all the help they can get to continue the great work they do.

For anyone that knows Kev and I, you know we are not the fittest people in the world! We started running 5k early this year at Parkrun on a Saturday morning and have progressed to running home from work a couple of days a week. We're still only able to run 3-5 miles but we're training to improve ourselves and hope to get through the tough challenge ahead!

We'd love it if you could sponsor us, every penny you donate (including Gift Aid if you choose) will go directly towards the care and rehabilitation of local rescue cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles and rats!
