Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Some of you know but some of you don't, I've been a volunteer for this group for about 3 years now. I have an Akita called Storm who was diagnosed with lymphoma 2 years ago. Against the odds he has beaten this awful illness and apart from knackered kidneys is fit and healthy. The support and love we received from this group was amazing and kept me going through the tough tjmes
Last year I began a keep fit regime of my own, being over 50, going through the change, fed up, fat and a couch potato I decided enough was enough. I joined a gym and to motivate me even more signed up for a 5k mud run. I asked for sponsorship and raised just over £500 from all you crazy Akita lovers. This year I'm pushing myself even more. I'm doing the Yorkshire 3 peaks on 2nd July and the Skipton Tough mudder on 6th August.
I would really like it if you could all help me in this endeavour by donating just a couple of quid, every penny goes to ARW who as you know do an incredible job without any government funding.
So if you would like to help me help them, visit this link and donate. Thank you x
