November 2013 – Three years ago, I was packing my bags, heading to the unknown.  It ended up being 5 weeks of pure joy and many tears.  Not a day has gone by since when I haven't thought of the many children I was lucky enough to meet. 

Well... I’m on my way to Tanzania to volunteer at Forever Angels  again in a few days.  I am remarkably excited and happy to be able to give a little bit of my time to the Baby Home.

The orphanage cares for over 50 children from 0 to 5 years old.  They are orphans or abandoned.  If their families don't come back for them, they will be put up for adoption. 

In the meantime, they need hugs - lots and lots of them - someone to play with and of course, feeding, nappy changing and lots of everything every baby in the big wide world needs.

I know from personal experience that every penny which reaches the Baby Home is going straight to these wonderful children.

So, with the upcoming festive season, I’m asking if you can support them and help me spread the word. Your support truly changes these children’s lives.

Novembre 2013 –  Il y a 3 ans, déjà, je commençais une aventure qui ne m’a pas quitte depuis.  Dans quelques jours, je retourne à l’orphelinat en Tanzanie pour 5 semaines de bonheur, de larmes et un vrai choc culturel.  Un noël et jour de l’an pas comme les autres!

Forever Angels prend en charge au moins 50 enfants âgés de 0 à 5 ans qui sont orphelins, abandonnes, malades.  S'ils ont de la famille et qu'ils ne peuvent s'occupes d'eux, ils pourront être adoptes.

En attendant, l’orphelinat leur apporte tout ce dont un enfant a besoin et les volontaires comme moi apporte un peu de temps, d’amour (sans oublier les bains, les repas, les histoires, les jeux et changer les couches !).

Je retourne dans le même orphelinat parce que je les soutiens depuis 3 ans et parce que je sais que TOUT l’argent qui leur est envoyé est réellement dépensé pour eux. 

Une fois de plus, en cette période de fête dans ce monde de brute, je vous demande, si vous le pouvez, de m’aider à les soutenir.  Votre contribution, quelle qu’elle soit, sauve des vies.  Tout simplement.
