COURAGE DEAR HEART 

For those of you who don't know already, I held a competition to win a room on the retreat I ran with www.mysoulspace.co.uk.

The competition was run on Instagram in conjunction with Seasoul & Snow. The question I set was to say in no more than 5 words what you would like to see printed on a Seasoul & Snow top.

We had a great response but after much deliberation I decide on "Courage Dear Heart".

After notifying Lauren, both myself and Sinead from Seasoul & Snow read her blog. Unfortunately, Lauren is battling against stage IV cancer. Melanoma, "a wonderer".

Lauren writes a beautiful blog about her journey, documenting each stage.

Sinead amazingly produced the top for Lauren which was waiting in her room when she arrived at the retreat house.

After a few emails myself and Sinead both came to the same conclusion that she should produce the top on a larger scale with 100% of the proceeds going to Trekstock a young adult cancer charity.

Which leads me to this climb ..... Which Sinead and Trekstock have set up to raise further funds for this great cause.
