L'Arche in south London was founded in 1976, one of 10 communities in the UK, supporting in total over 100 adults with learning disabilities and providing workshops activities. They celebrate the unique value  of every person in their communities. I had the pleasure of serving on their management committee to offer HR advice from 1998 - 2006
