When the idea of a rowing challenge was put to me at Crossfit, I had to sign up as rowing is just about one of the only things I can actually do at Crossfit! If it was a pull up or muscle up challenge I would have been out! The fact that our nominated charity is charity is really worthy was also really important. The PEEK project ( Possibilities for Each and Every Kid) help improve the quality of life for children in Glasgow by creating opportunities, breaking down barriers and building confidence. Helping kids in this way can only help our city and our society to be a better place. 

If you can spare a couple of £s I would really appreciate it. I am fitting in the rowing around WODs so knowing you have donated would make me get up even earlier!
