This stretch will take me from Shap to Danby Wiske - via some challenging as well as stunning landscape and will take from 29th May to 7th June. I will pass High Force, England's highest waterfall and, energy permitting, enjoy some of the Swaledale Festival musical delights.
Women and Health is a registered charity with almost 30 years' experience of delivering high quality services to local women. The centre offers affordable complementary and counselling therapies, as well as special projects for survivors of rape and other serious abuse, and for women carers. There are creche facilities and services for young mothers.
