Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page

This is my first cycling event and yes I have set myself up for a huge challenge as I had not cycled until last year and only really got started in January 2016. I will cycle about 65 miles a day over 3 days totalling 170 gruelling miles and a lot of this is climbing.

We will be a group of 25 male and female cyclists of mixed ages and abilities but will complete this challenge together in support of the Hull Homeless Charity.

I am raising funds and awareness for the Hull Homeless Charity  as I feel this is a great cause and homelessness is not on most peoples agenda.

Most of you are fortunate to have your basic needs met in terms of comfort.  The homeless people in Hull are are not looked after, even at a basic level which I personally do not think is acceptable in 2016.

Millions of ££££are being spent in Hull this year as we prepare for the City of Culture, it certainly will not be spent on the homeless and rootless of our much loved city.

Please donate generously homelessness is very rarely a choice.

Thank you
