We are raising funds in memory of William who lost his fight against Leukaemia after 6 years, in 2012.

Sue Benson is taking part in the Eridge Mud run on April 9th, to continue raising funds for CWCF,  this great charity that supported William and his family and continue to do so as well as many other families in the same situation.

Past Events

In 2014 a group of William's friends took part in a sponsored swim to raise funds for the Children With Cancer Fund - the local charity that supported him and his family throughout his illness. We aimed to raise £500 and were overwhelmed by th generosity of those that sponsored us. The final total being nearly£2500!

The Charity

The Children With Cancer Fund (CWCF)

is based in Polegate, East Sussex. The charity aims to raise money to support children up to the age of 18 who have had, or are suffering from a form of cancer and who live locally. This can include providing a piece of equipment, a toy or a holiday; or supporting other local services in the area.
