I am a local Zumba instructor and like to do my bit to raise funds for Charity. 

APP has my support because when I suffered this condition almost 30 years ago ,there was very little help and support out there . 

More awareness needs to be raised to help other sufferers. This illness can affect any woman after childbirth.
