Story

Hi everyone! I've been teaching indoor cycling at a fantastic studio in London called Psycle. For my American friends, it's really similar in style to Soul Cycle (i.e. rhythm riding to the music). I do my classes for charity, i.e. a 100% of my wages go directly to charity (the IMC). I absolutely love teaching spinning so come by and check it out! Each class is 45min and its pretty high intensity so you will certainly walk out there sweaty!

Look for me on the schedule and book yourself in!

Currrently i teach every Wed night at 730pm at Psycle Canary Wharf
