On 17th July 2016 I will be on the start line of Ironman UK 2016 in Bolton, after months of hard training in the wonderful English climate. I would like to put my efforts to good use to raise money for the MS Therapy Centre Northwest.

The MS Therapy Centre Northwest offers support and care to People with Multiple Sclerosis, families and their carers,  it is a self help group and registered charity which relies upon fundraising to continue.
