I am collecting money in memory of my lovely Mum, Beryl,who sadly died on 2/2/2014.Mum had eyesight problems throughout her life however she finally was registered blind and this had such an impact on her.When we discovered Calibre Talking Books this gave her something to look forward too, she enjoyed listening to real books and would often wake in the night and turn her tape back on.When she went into hospital in December 2013 the tapes went with her and kept her sane in the disorientating world she found herself in.They were a great comfort to her and we want others to have this opportunity.
