Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I feel privileged to be running 13.1 miles with my good friend Paddy on 11th September to help raise money to support the charity NETA: North East Trust for Aphasia.

This charity offers support for people in the North East who have Aphasia, a language disorder that can be acquired through damage to the brain, caused by stroke and similar trauma.

NETA have offered vital support to Paddy and his family, and I hope the money I raise will mean they can continue to offer their support to others who need it.

Any money you can spare for this brilliant cause will be much appreciated and I will think of you as my beetroot face crosses the Tyne Bridge.
