The beautiful Katharine Ormerod, tragically lost her battle against addiction earlier this week.

Julie and Katharine had planned to run the Leeds half marathon together this Sunday 10^th of May.  This would have been Katharine’s 29^th Birthday, not my idea of a birthday present but it’s what she wanted.

Julie is now planning on completing this half marathon in tribute to her friend and my sister.

She is raising money for 2 charities St Vincent and Studio House. St Vincent's helped Katharine so much whilst she was in Leeds giving her focus and support. Studio House, is the rehab in Nottingham which helped Kat so much over the past year and gave her strength to see her nephew.
