This year I am running the Great North Run for a fantastic cause, a peace building charity called Cord.

Cord is a charity which work internationally in conflict and post-conflict societies. Your donation, large or small, will help those affected by violent conflict by helping communities have a better chance to earn a living and enabling families to invest in their future and send children to school.

Please give whatever  you feel you can to help me raise money for Cord and keep me motivated whilst I am training!
