This year Kate, Andrew, Phoebe, Tom and Bethann are going to 'Live below the line' for 5 days, from 27th April - 1st May, and will live on £1 per day each.

20% of the worlds population have to live on £1 per day for food & drink as well as housing, education and healthcare. We cannot attempt to replicate what it is like to be in extreme poverty but by experiencing this personal challenge we hope to connect with the issues and raise awareness and money for an extreme poverty initiative.

We are specifically supporting Able Child Africa - a UK based charity working with disabled children in Africa. 80% of disabled people in the developing world live below the poverty line and Able Child Africa are working towards a world in which disabled children are fully included as equal members of society and able to achieve their full potential.
