Story

This year Carers Trust 4all is celebrating it's 25th birthday and to help raise awareness and money for the charity each member of staff has been asked to set themself a challenge based around the number 25!

Some people chose to read 25 books or lose 25lbs in weight but as a member of the Finance team in head office I wanted to do something a bit different to show that my brain can process something other than numbers, so I decided to challenge myself to learn a short speech in 25 languages. I haven't yet decided on the final list of languages, I think it will depend on who I can get to help me learn it all.

This is what I'm going to learn to say:

"Hi I’m Katie, I work for a charity that is having its 25th birthday this year. To celebrate I challenged myself to learn this little speech in 25 languages. To find out more about the charity and to donate if you wish please use the links below."

I'm hoping to be able to post a short video each week to prove to everyone that I've learnt the speech in that weeks language. I'm going to start with French which I have some knowledge of, so hopefully it will ease me in gently.
