We campaign for people with rare diseases to improve services, treatment and support

Story

My son Cody Rees  was diagnosed with rare blood disorder called autoimmune neutropenia in September 2015. . It has been an emotional from the time  when he was just 6 days old , but I plan on putting as much energy as I can for 2016 and going forward to raising awareness of the disease and raising much needed funds for more research into rare diseases. there are gonna be many events that i will be taking part in 2016 .....
