Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Through this page you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to Motivation.

The photo shows me outside the Motivation offices in 2010 on my way from Land's End to John O'Groats when, thanks to the generosity of family, friends and work colleagues, I raised £5000 for the charity.  This time it is a more modest challenge, but on the other hand, it is 6 years and 1 hip replacement later!

2016 Nightrider Bristol on 25th June

This is a 100km night-time cycling challenge.  The route is quite exciting and takes in the sights, sounds and landmarks of Bristol including the famous Corn Exchange, Old City Docks and the Clifton suspension bridge .

Motivation has just launched an exciting appeal called 'When I Grow Up'. The appeal will help disabled children in Uganda to grow up, stay healthy and dream big! Money raised by the appeal will go towards a project aimed at improving health and reducing poverty of disabled children and their families.

As part of the UK Aid Match Scheme, the UK government have pledged to match all donations made to the appeal pound for pound between May and August. This means your donation can now go twice as far!

Motivation is a fantastic charity, well worth my humble efforts and hopefully your support.

Best wishes and many thanks.

Keith

Update Sunday 26 June (the morning after the night before!) - I knew it would be hilly, but had not realised just how hilly! I found this quite a tough challenge, but am very pleased to have done it - for Motivation! The bonus was seeing our incredible, diverse city of Bristol in a completely different way!

Many thanks to all those who have donated to this great cause.
