So We've signed up for another challenge,  slightly different reasons this time as its a personal and physical challenge for me.  We had no intention of fund raising but so many of you have asked us if we are so we thought why not!!.

Were cycling from the Andes to the Amazon through tough Peru mountain pass climbs reaching altitudes of  4700m camping in the bush with no electricity water or toilets (i will dig my own) this years toilet blog will not contain photos!! The trip is paid for now so there is no going back

We have chosen to support Sheffield Working Womens Opportunities Project who provide intensive support to women involved in street prostitution.  They are a very small local charity who provide a street based outreach and drop in service with a strong focus on improving safety for women in a friendly none judgemental and confidential environment.

100% of any donation  received will go straight to SWWOP we are fully funding this trip ourselves...... and to give you an idea of how you could help ....

£1 would buy a pair of wooly gloves or tights

£4.20 would pay for return busfares for one woman to attend their therapy and drop in days 

£5 would provide sandwiches for two outreach sessions feeding an average of 20 women

£10 would buy 25 pot noodles or lots of cup a soups 

Any amount you can spare will help and if you have no spare pounds then gloves tights and winter jumpers would be great
