I don't often ask for sponsorship, except in years when I run two half marathons (which is mercifully rare!).  I completed Windsor and Eton in the summer and am running Amsterdam in October, so I am asking for your support. The Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Centre in Harrow is a self funded charity, staffed mainly by volunteers and supports a large group of people.  We (particularly Niki) have both benefited from using it for the last year.   They are constantly fundraising, and I would like to do something to help.
