As most of my family and friends know I have just come back from a short but long awaited visit to Cernavoda, visiting some amazing people and remembering some very special moments from years ago. Nightingales is an  amazing charity doing such amazing things and the young adults that I spent my time with as children have once again reminded me of what's important in life and how lucky I am.
