I will be setting off for a two way swim from England to France and back again. Minimum straight line distance between shortest points (if I am lucky enough to hit these!) is 42 Miles (67km)

Equipment: short swimming trunks, non insulating hat, goggles

Rest: None, return to the water straight away in France

Challenges: Exhaustion, cold, jellies, turning round, swim through at least one night, sea sickness...
