This years challenge is a 4 day, 400 mile cycle ride from Aldeburgh on the Suffolk coast to Aberystwyth on the Welsh coast.

23,000 ft of climbing and under canvas for two of the nights.

I am riding this for two charities....Bobby on a bike is a charity that have purchased and fund the use of a Caravan in Brynrodyn, Wales for families that are facing difficult times and also for the charity that is close to my heart, PACT for Autism which helps families and children affected by Autism.

Please help these worthwhile causes and support my madness. Every little helps me towards my £1000 target
