We raise funds and awareness in order to feed & educate Zambian orphans

Story

Dorcas is a 16 year old girl being cared for through the Serenje Orphans Childrens' Home. She has had to contend with a severe handicap since birth, with one leg significantly shorter than the other. With no public transport in this rural area, Dorcas has had to drag herself significant distances with the aid of a tree branch. An opportunity to rectify the leg is currently under investigation, with a surgeon in Australia generously considering her case carefully.

At this stage I am seeking to raise enough funds for her return airfare to Australia for this operation. Money may also be needed for her post-operation recuperation, but we will look at this challenge later.

Thank you for whatever donation you are able to give towards this life-changing operation for Dorcas.
