    On the 16^th July myself and my
son are swimming ½ a mile in the Great Newham open
water swim in the Thames. We are doing this for the MCA Trust which is a charity
set up for local children with brain and Tumours and cancers. A friend of mine and his family are highly involved in this charity and is something close to there heart. The
charity raises money for Queens and the Princess Alexandra Hospitals and organises
annual events for this charity for which raises thousands each year.
