Climb Ben Nevis, 30 September 2016
We support blind children and families to give them confidence

Story

So I did it Ben Nevis is much tougher than any of us thought we got lucky with the weather and had warm sunshine and cracking views over the Great Glen and as far out as the Isle of Skye. The people who were part of our group were truly fantastic helping one and other all the way to the top. It took a lot longer than planned and I find it quite something that I managed to keep going for so long you never know your limits until you push them all the way. Coming down the mountain is really hard it certainly requires a lot of care and keeping your concentration. It has taken the best part of a week to be able to walk properly though my impersonation of CP30 was smack on.

I am nearing my target which again is something I have never done before and you have all been so generous I am amazed how kind people have been thank you so much. Helping blind children is such a worthy cause they just to get through life have to climb a mountain everyday and you have all just helped them to do that.

Thank You
