Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Various members of the Kier Construction Aberdeen team have thrown themselves into participating in the Montrose Triathlon on Sunday 5th June hoping to raise funds for the NHS Grampian Eye Outpatient Department charity "Fighting for Sight"

Kier Construction are currently in the pre-construction stages of working with NHS Grampian to relocate the Eye Outpatient Department within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

Fighting for Sight was established in 2001 to protect the vision of people in Grampian.  The charity is based in the Eye Outpatient Department at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

800 patients are seen every week in the Eye Outpatient Department and 3500 people are registered blind or partially sighted every year in Grampian.

Fighting for Sight is currently trying to raise £25k for a  essential piece of equipment that will help improve the lives of partially sighted people in Grampian and Kier Construction are hoping to assist.

If you can donate then it would be greatly appreciated both by the Kier team and the NHSG Eye Outpatient Department.

Thank you in advance of your generosity.

Kier.
