So many street dogs and pets suffer from sarcoptic or demodectic mange which results in intense scratching, skin rashes, hair loss and secondary infections that are prone to flystrike and maggot infestations. We see so much of this in our work and the condition causes great suffering to the animal. However, these conditions are treatable and we use a product called ADVOCATE spot on.  Our before and after photos show the amazing results. Advocate has shown to eliminate 100% of sarcoptic mange (sarcoptes scabei) in a single dose. Monthly application of Advocate will control any subsequent sarcoptic mite infestation. It is also effective in treating generalised demodectic mange too with a few monthly treatments. This product alleviates so much animal suffering and we go through huge amounts at the sanctuary. We need to order another supply of Advocate now and the bill is costly. This supply will only last us a few months but any donations towards this important treatment for dogs that are suffering terribly with mange will be greatly appreciated.
