We urgently need a tube well at our animal sanctuary. We are caring for over 850 street animals-cats and dogs, all rescued and nursed back to health after suffering on the streets. We also give refuge to many disabled dogs and cats too, without us, they would be doomed.  We have had problems for many years with our water supply. During dry periods our wells are empty and trying to continue our operations without water is almost impossible. We have spent a great deal of funds on buying in water in via water bowsers, but, the supply does not last long and then we face the same issues again. Experts have assessed our water issues and recommended a tube well. The cost of which is 277,000 LKR around £1385. We have already had to pay a deposit for this well as we need a reliable source of water. So, this appeal is to raise funds for the total cost of a permanent solution to our water issue, that is to fund a tube well so we can continue our vital operations. Please help us if you can.
