My cousin Daniel was born with heart problems and had a pacemaker fitted from a very early age. Daniel lived his life to the full, but unfortunately it was cut short at the age of 19.

Another cousin also was born with heart problems and so far he's had a heart operation every year of his life (9 so far)

I know so many people who's children suffer from heart defects, and any support they can receive from The Children's Heartbeat Trust to help them cope, is worth me giving up a couple of hours of my time to Zipline 1000m Across the River Lagan.
