The members of Kinetic Studios would like to invite you to take part in something really special. Lifting a MILLION KGS. Don’t worry, you don’t have to do it all on your own, but together we can do it. Together we are stronger.

#KineticMillion is happening because we want to help Nottingham Rape Crisis Centre and we want to raise as much money as possible to support the wonderful work they do. You never know when you or someone you love will need their help.

On Saturday 19 & Sunday 20 November 2016 we will be opening the doors of Kinetic Studios on Haydn Road, Sherwood to anyone who would like to take part in this challenge. Join in and bring your friends and family too! The Sunday will have a real party feel with fun family activities and food stalls. We will also be running a series of self-defence sessions throughout the day. Come along, lift some weights and show your support for this epic challenge.

Don’t worry if you’ve never set foot in a gym before. Just pop in, wearing comfortable clothes and someone will be on hand to help. Whether you lift 10kg or a total of 10,000kg your contribution will impact on the final total. Remember – together we are stronger.
