*I have now held two car boot sales at Errol for this also. The first at the start of the month raised £79 with the help of aaron, mum and gran! I also more recently had a car boot on Mothers Day 18th March with two stalls, myself and april on one and mum and gran on the other. The total was helped greatly by a donation of twp boxes of daffodils from kirsty macknight which were selling out! Altogether we raised £196 at this car boot sale!*

*I had a Body Shop Party on 5th March 2012 at The Black Abbot Montrose to support this cause. Audrey MacDonald was body shop consultant for the event and helped me to put on a great evening along with mum and gran. We had a hugeee raffle which went down great! And a table with handmade fundraiser items that I have been busy making non stop. In total the evening raised over £400 for which I am very proud and grateful to everyone who helped me to be a part of that. Thank you! :)*

The idea of a gap year/time period has always appealed to me. Therefore this summer after finishing my HND Social Services at Aberdeen College I am going to Ghana for two weeks to do a care placement working in orphanges with children severley less fortunate than ourselves. In order to secure this workplacement I have to raise a total of £1,840. This is before visas, vaccination costs, medication, safety measures, spending costs etc. I will be holding a series of events before I go away in July and I would really appreciate as much support with these as possible. However in addition to this I have also created this page through just giving where you can leave sponsors and messages for me. The donations will go straight to the charity and directly come off the invoice of my total therefore vastly help me. I can't wait! This is going to be the experience of a lifetime and I hope you can help me in any way possible to go over there and care for these children who are much in need of a bit of support.
