As it's the 25th year of Link to Hope, the trustees have decided I - along with 9 others - should celebrate by climbing the Rarau Mountains in Romania!!  Its a trek of 100km+ over 5 days which doesn't sound that far but unfortunately its not going to be flat.  In fact on one of the days its the same as walking from sea level to the top of Ben Nevis! As its the 25th year I have decided as Link to Hope's General Manager to try to raise £2,500 for the trek. This money will directly go to the four amazing projects listed here.

A Future Changed - NE Romania—to expand the educational work amongst the very poor living in Dallas Shanty Town - £5,000 

- Hanul Dragostei (Inn of Love) - Moldova—to buy a mini bus to transport more desperately isolated old people to be fed 3 x a week - £12,000

- Clubul Emaus - Moldova—Ongoing support for a club for special needs children who would otherwise be rejected by the education system- £5,000

- Poganesti Community Centre - Moldova—To refurbish rooms to be able to hold childrens clubs and offer a support centre for this very poor village - £3,000
