Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our Law at Work 10-4-10 Challenge page for the Water of Leith Conservation Trust.
The team at Law at Work will be walking, swimming, running and cycling 10,000 miles in 2012 to celebrate their 10th Anniversary. As part of this challenge the team aim's to raise £1,500 for the Water of Leith Conservation Trust.
The money raised by the Law at Work team will be used to clean and tidy the waterways around Leith and to ensure its continued biodiversity. In particular the money will be used to help with the clean up of the river by providing the resources to the team of litter pickers. The money will also be used to create new meadows at Bogs Bridge and Bells Mills along the water of leith and finally to help eradicate the Himalayan Balsam that has taken over parts of the river. We would be delighted if you would consider making a donation to this fantastic Charity.
