Welcome to the LICC World Cup '14 game.

The aim is to guess the total number of runs in this year's Cricket World Cup!

Each entry costs £2, please state your guess and your name in the donation message. You can have as many goes as you desire.

£25 is the prize for the person who guesses the closest number. If more than one person has this guess the prize money will be split.

The deadline for entries will be, strictly, 10pm on Friday 13th February - the start time of the first match between New Zealand and Sri Lanka.

A few bits of information to assist you -

- There are 49 games played in the tournament

- It is being hosted jointly between Australia and New Zealand

- In the 2011 competition in India there were 20,781 runs scored over 49 games
