Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

This bike ride is being undertaken by Giles Derry, James Sale, Keith Gibson, Marc Davis and Simon Sale. We also have a team support driver in Colin Hawkins. This is our joint fundraising page.

Four years ago we rode from London to St. Tropez, about 840 miles, over 7 days and raised over £35,000 for WellChild. In aid of this brilliant cause we are at it again! We plan to cycle from the foot of Italy back to St. Tropez. This time it's over 850 miles in 7 days.

Cycling over 100 miles every day with a longest day of over 120 miles is not easy by any means.  None of us have any great cycling prowess and the terrain promises to be demanding.

WellChild provides essential care and support to seriously ill children and young people across the UK.   By way of one example of the care they provide is home nursing and care which is proven to speed the recovery of children many times over.  We really do appreciate any support you can provide to WellChild.

We would really appreciate any support you can provide to us, however large or small.
