I decided to support Wrexham women's aid as it is something close to my heart. Women often suffer without raising their voice and most common reason is they have no where to turn. Women's aid provide shelter accomodatation, legal aid and counselling for women and children in a SECURE environment.

Every penny raised will be going to the charity as my activiites are self funded. I am doing a total of 200 kilometres of hill trekking including the china wall trek. I did 105 kilometres in Madeira. Including the ridge walk between the two highest mountains in Madeira.
