Laura, Emma & Asa have all signed up to be a part of The Rock's class of 2016! This will involve 10 weeks of intense training, hard work & I am sure lots of pain before stepping into the ring in front of over 500 people!

To make sure we are fighting fit, we are all going to be 100% committed to the training and the lifestyle that means no alcohol...this could be the toughest test! At least we have each other to support us through it!!

Mind Jersey are a local charity supporting people and families affected by mental illness. Its time to remove the stigma around mental illness and encourage people to speak up when they are struggling.

Any donation, no matter how small will remain in the island and make a massive difference in helping and supporting those facing mental health issues in so THANK YOU! x
