In June 2016, Gavin and 14 friends will be cycling from the West coast of England to the East covering over 160 miles. We're doing the Coast to Coast route with an extended detour through Durham. Until a few weeks ago, most of the group hadn't been on a bike for a long time, (Gavin hasn't owned a bike for over 20 years) and 6 people have had to go out and buy a bike. It's a serious challenge, covering the highest point in England you can get to on a bike, and we're having to train hard to complete 130 miles in the first 2 days over hills and mountains!
